Assisted Descent Band Saw ZIP 22 HB allows cutting without the constant presence of the operator through the hydraulic system controlling the descent of the arc at variable speed depending on the type of material to be cut.
Possibility of cutting from 0 to 60° to the right with stoppers and lever for locking at any intermediate angle.
Constant action blade rotation start switch on the lever handle.
Double cutting speed.
Mechanical tensioning of the blade by flywheel with relative stop screw.
Vise with flywheel and quick locking lever.
High-flow electric pump for good lubrication during cutting phase.

Cutting Cycle
Manual adjustment of the vise opening via flywheel and quick material locking lever. Controlled descent of the arc at controlled speed through the hydraulic regulator. Manual ascent of the arc.

FEATURES
Vise group, rotation device, and arc group made of castings in cast iron to ensure maximum strength and extreme rigidity during use. The supporting structure of the saw consists of well-proportioned carpentry with appropriate thicknesses and dimensions. Steel sheet pedestal. WAL-ZER bi-metallic blade included. High-quality anticorrosive treatments on precision guide-blade components (composed of bearing sets) to ensure greater durability over time, guaranteeing always perpendicular cuts.
